Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
Soy sauce (1/4 – 1/2 cup)
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
Season your selected fish with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. In a separate bowl prepare the soy sauce with the lemon juice. While the fish is cooking baste with the soy sauce mixture. Also great as a dipping sauce!
For a side dish try steamed asparagus or broccoli.
